Chris Thompson Real Estate office is located on both front (Harbour St.) and back (Beach St.) in Hope Town. It is a pink two-story historic building – we can boast we had the first indoor plumbing in the settlement, and the pipes to prove it!

Chris Lightbourne has recently joined the team and is apprenticing. Looking for your special parcel or cottage may take a few boat rides or golf cart outings so lets schedule ahead of time so you don't miss the fishing or taking the children snorkeling.

There are also hundreds of tiny cays and private islands for the more adventurous purchaser. Chris Thompson and Greg Roberts are both pilots and one recent client was flown around until he found the “right” island. We love Hope Town, a haven from the “real” world. There is a relaxed sense of peace, tranquility and old-fashioned values as smiling locals go about their daily tasks. Traveling by bike or on foot since no motorized vehicles are allowed in the village, many stop and chat as they meet their neighbors. No one seems to be in a hurry as greetings are exchanged and news is shared.
